By the end of the year, most teams are in delivery mode—deadlines, wrap-ups, planning, constant execution. There’s rarely time to pause and reset how you’re actually working together.
-
Frictions accumulate: silences, hesitations, unclear expectations, or emotions that go unspoken.
-
Opportunities accumulate: unrealized ideas, underused strengths, or improvements that never land.
That’s why we created this workshop: to help your team align on what to change, unlock, or shift—and jumpstart the year with clear agreements for how you show up and work together.

DYNAMICS RESET 2026
A powerful hands-on session where your team surfaces both what isn’t working and what’s been left untapped. The uncovered insights are transformed into a clear behaviors that makes smooth collaboration.
We use Humanity Tiles®; a tactile set of words that helps people express what’s usually hard to articulate or to speak up; and a structured facilitation flow that keeps the conversation real, focused, and constructive.
From there, we translate what surfaced into your first set of TeamPacts®; simple, visual agreements that define a mindset to adopt, the behavior to practice, and the cue that tells you when it matters.
The team votes on what feels most relevant, refines the wording together, and leaves with a small set of pacts that are easy to remember and easy to use in real moments; meetings, 1:1s, decisions, handoffs, and everyday collaboration.

Ideal for reseting: Expectations & ownership, work-style friction, cross-functional collaboration, team connection & rhythm, values-to-practice, communication, decisions & follow-through, merging teams.
Duration: 180 minutes
Format: In-person
Trusted by leaders and teams across sectors
Teams bring their TeamPacts® to life in real moments—during meetings, feedback, or tough decisions. Practicing together strengthens trust, fosters accountability, and allows Pacts to evolve as new insights emerge.
4. Practice &
remind
When old habits resurface, teams use their Pacts to remind each other of the new ways they’ve chosen to act
The team agrees on behavioral pacts they are ready to adopt, to redirect unhelpful dynamics into actions that move the team forward.
3. Shape specific behaviors
Teams co-create Pacts that define how they want to show up and work together.
We create space for teams to surface opportunities and frictions that are rarely voiced. Like a game, participants bring to light the emotions, tensions, unspoken rules, and personal truths that often stay hidden.
1. Surface truths
Through brave conversations, teams name what’s usually
left unsaid and causes friction.
Reflections and lived experiences are explored, named, and connected. Emerging patterns and repetitions reveal collective truths, laying the groundwork for meaningful behavior shifts.
2. Shared direction
Reflections are turn into shared understanding of how the team wants to experience work.

TILES
CYCLE

A transformative team culture co-design system that helps teams see, feel, and shape their culture from the inside out.
The
Humanity Tiles® Approach
We operate at the intersection of emotional intelligence, behavioral change, and psychological safety, helping leaders and teams co-design the culture they want to live every day.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
1) Reset Call (Fit + Direction)
We run a 60-minute call to understand your team’s context and how you want 2026 to feel—then set the right workshop brief and focus areas (psychological safety, communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, or the mix your team needs most).
2) Alignment Pack (Context Map + Workshop Design)
We send an alignment pack that reflects what we heard and how the session is designed for your team:
-
a one-page context map (challenges, opportunities, goals, purpose)
-
the tailored workshop structure and focus prompts
3) 180-minute Workshop
We facilitate a guided, hands-on workshop at your office (all materials included). The team expresses what’s usually hard to name—needs, boundaries, worries, frustrations, hopes, and perceptions—and we use Humanity Tiles® to make dynamics visible, reduce ambiguity, and turn what’s real into shared understanding.

4) Culture Shift Outputs (Direction + TeamPacts®)
We translate what surfaced into clear Culture Shift Outputs:
-
a Culture Shift Direction that signals where your team is ready to grow next
-
6–8 tailored TeamPacts® that turn insight into specific behaviors (observable, repeatable, situational, and easy to reinforce in daily work)
Bonus (Jan–Mar bookings): follow-up Workshop
We run a 90-minute follow-up session to review the TeamPacts® with the team, choose which ones to prioritize, and decide where each pact fits best in your workflows (meetings, channels, planning, handoffs, 1:1s).
ADDITYIONALLY you’ll GET:
-
A shared Friction & Possibility Map of the top repeated patterns from 2025.
-
A 3-month practice plan (weekly focus + where to embed the pacts in meetings, 1:1s, onboarding, and daily communication)
-
A post-workshop report with action points + final pact wording (ready to share with leadership / People & Culture)

-
“We keep revisiting decisions.”
-
“Too many people own it—so no one owns it.”
-
“We agree in the meeting, then execution drifts.”
-
“We’re busy… but the most important work doesn’t move.”

COMMON Energy & Collaboration &
-
“We’re always reacting—never resetting.”
-
“Information sits in pockets instead of flowing.”

UNOPS
I liked how the power of one word could help stimulate a thought process and a way of communicating, which was difficult to tap into previously. I liked how it was a safe space; the power was put into the 'words' we chose."
It had the right level of being personal without feeling like team therapy with colleagues.

PWN Copenhagen / DFDS
"It showed me how my leadership identity is core attached to my believes. An extraordinary session for getting information that it's not as easy to see."
.png)

UNICEF
"The workshop let us focus on issues not normally discussed and considered, both personal and relational, within the team. I liked how vulnerable and honest everyone was."

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)
"Great activities for team development and growth from the people perspective. The tiles were very helpful, and it was actually great to have those 'feelings' physically in hands, to build from them, and to share/steal them."

World Health Organization (WHO)
"Realising how your individual goals and aspirations actually gel into the bigger picture of everyone’s vision."
I enjoyed putting words to tangible outcomes and, above all, sharing that with the team in such a relaxed and playful manner. Thank you so much!
